Café Cabal — more than coffee
A taste of Colombia — bold, smooth, naturally exceptional. From family farms in La Guajira to your cup.
La Guajira
It starts on Colombian soil
Café Cabal is born in La Guajira, Colombia — a land of colorful mountains, hummingbirds, and coffee trees heavy with red cherries. On the family farms here, coffee isn’t a product; it’s the rhythm of the day. One hundred percent Colombian, one hundred percent Arabica, and grown by families who have worked this land for generations.
Eco-Lógico
Farming in balance with the land
We farm the Eco-Lógico way: sustainably, under shade trees, without shortcuts. Healthy soil, clean water, and habitat for the birds — including the colibrí on our label — aren’t marketing points; they’re how our farms have always worked, and how they’ll keep working for the next generation.
The harvest
Handpicked for quality
Every cherry is handpicked at peak ripeness — no machines, no compromises. The cherries are carefully washed and slowly sun-dried at origin to protect every note the mountains gave them. It’s slower and harder, and it’s exactly why the cup tastes the way it does: bold, smooth, naturally exceptional.
Your cup
From our farms to your cup
Small batches are roasted with care, sealed fresh, and sent straight to your door — no middlemen, no mystery. Bold coffee, true heritage: every bag of Café Cabal carries the tradition of Colombian coffee culture, because good coffee is better together.
“El café es la excusa. La familia es la razón.”
What we will never compromise
